Figured since Im FINALLY online,I might as well post an "update" of whats been happening in my life the last lil' while.
I just got back from CA yesterday morning. Spent 4 days with my family for Thanksgiving, which went OK. Unfortunately on Thanksgiving Day my Uncle Clois had a heart attack. He used to live right across the street from me back home & he works w/my parents at the Office, so we're real close. Hes doing pretty good..considering. They did angioplasty (sp?) sometime late Friday night & he seems to be recovering fairly well. Please keep him in your prayers.
Blake, his best friend Vince, my 2 brothers & my Dad all left early Friday morning to go way up North to work on some of the houses that my Dad is "flipping". Im so happy that Blake is finally doing something POSITIVE...and has something to keep him busy. Theyll be up there for a week..and if things go as planned-Blake will be in CA until after New Years. (not really sure though-hes been tryin to play "hardball" with me again-now all of a sudden he wants to be in AZ) Im so tired of it.
This thursday (only 3 days away!) Im flyin out to BALTIMORE to see Jim, Kathy & Scott! It was kinda a last minute decision-but airfare drpped like CRAZY (OMG-down to $95 ROUNDTRIP!!) so I couldnt pass it up!! Ill be out there for 4 days-Im excited. Unfortunately NOT EXCITED ENOUGH to keep me from cheating with my BFL program. WTF??!!
Yesterday I seriuously ate myself into OBLIVION. I havent done that in quite a while-it sucks and man- oh- mannnnnnnnnnn was I sick this morning!! I have a serious PROBLEM. Soemtimes I think I have a handle on it-then theres times like yesterday that Im completley OUT OF CONTROL. Wish I still had insurance so I could go see a "Professional" again-maybe that would help....I dunno....

Today Ive been on track-heres so far:
#1- 2 scoops Syntrax Nectar w/2 C low cal OJ
#2-1/2 C LF CC & 6oz Light N Fit yogurt
#3-6 oz boiled chicken breast, 4 C green salad w/2T ranch & 2T lo-cal Vinegrette, small sweet potato
Ive been tryin to catch up on everyones blogs/Challenge reports....I SOOOO wish I could afford a trainer. I NEED to take EVERYTHING to a new level-Ive been so STUCK for a few months now. Any suggestions...IM open for um yall!
